These are the terms of supply for services available on our website. The Website is operated by or on behalf of HomeServe Finance Ltd (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 14402290 and our registered office is at Cable Drive, Walsall, WS2 7BN.

Your use of any of the services offered on the Site (the “Services”) is subject to these terms and by using any Service you agree to be bound by them. You should print a copy of these terms for future reference. Use of your personal information submitted to us as part of the provision of the Services is governed by our Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy.

The Services are described more fully on the Site. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Our services include the following:

• we might tell you about our HomeServe Finance solutions
• we might tell you about the UK Government Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and their Warm Homes Loan Scheme.

If we're unable to resolve your complaint, you may have a right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service by:

• You can also complete a complaint form online.

If you do not take up your complaint with us first, you will not be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

This Contract is between you and us. No other person will have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

These Terms are governed by English law. This means any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

All content and materials, including but not limited to images, text, visual interfaces, information, data, and computer code, provided by us, or third parties through our Services and all related intellectual property rights are the property of HomeServe Finance Ltd., and/or those third-parties.
